What started as a late night conversation in a Long Beach apartment kitchen about what inspired two inner city kids from Wilmington, California to evolve from certain traditions, public school teachings, religious beliefs and urban city stigmas that are inserted into their lives without any choice or knowledge as to the why of what is being force fed to them. The toughest choices in life come at the highest cost but if that spawns an awakening to be free? They chose to wake up, because there is no price that can equate to freedom of the mind.
